Processing Time

Orders are shipped next weekday after payment.

Weekend orders ship Monday.

Shipping Damage

Minor cosmetic breakage in small twigs is normal and not eligible for refund.

Due to the natural uniqueness of driftwood:

No change-of-mind returns or refunds

Refunds are granted only if:

A main branch arrives significantly damaged, OR

The wrong item is sent

To qualify:

Photo or unboxing video proof required

Approved refunds may require item return unless partial refund agreed
